Design Proposal: Provide a proposal and 3D visualizations based on your recommendations. We can go back and fourth until your happy.

Planning Permissions: We will assist in obtaining planning permissions or permits, if required. We will provide guidance on local regulations and ensure compliance.

 

Site Preparation: We will require one day to install the ground screws, ready for the build.

Build: Construct major components of the garden room using high-quality SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) for energy efficiency and durability. We build your garden room on-site, this includes installing the structure, cladding, windows, doors, and roofing.

 

This part typically takes 3 weeks.

Internal and External Finishes: Complete the interior with electrical wiring, plumbing (if required), and interior finishes like plastering, flooring and painting Externally, finish with appropriate weatherproofing, and any additional aesthetic touches.

 

Quality Check and Handover: Conduct a thorough quality check to ensure everything meets the agreed specifications and standards. Walk through the garden room with the client to demonstrate its features and ensure their satisfaction. Provide aftercare instructions and 10 year warranty information.
